Cleveland Department of Public Health’s MomsFirst program has been awarded an annual Healthy Start Award of $1,008,333, for the next 5 years, from The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

For now, Cleveland and other Ohio cities can regulate the sale of flavored tobacco products such as menthol cigarettes and vapes, thanks to a recent court ruling.
