My key take away was that the future is in safe hands with these brilliant young people.

The best group I could ever run. These ladies amaze me each week, they love playing rugby after our chair aerobics session.

That a rap the end of the 23/24 season it was great season with great people to help along the way and can't wait to ot all again

We had a brilliant time at the 7 Bob Ochr Urdd WRU 7s SEN festival, testing our skills against other schools🏉Great to see our pupils taking part and enjoying the experience. Already looking forward to next year!
