Disappointing weekend regarding results for both Pontypool RFC and GwilLLANELLIWARRIORS , but thouroughly enjoyed the tournament Swansea Uplands RFC , body a little sore today even though I probably had the least amount of time on the pitch 🤣🤣 getting old 🤣🤣

GwilLLANELLIWARRIORS have been selected to compete in the international mixed ability rugby tournament in Pamplona Spain in 2025, a hugely prestigious event and for the club to be selected in itself is a huge honour. m.facebook.com/story.php?id=1…
