3 years ago, Adrian & I set up a Future Leaders programme for @chilternlt staff. This is the TENTH appointment to Headship from that prog! 5 in CLT, 5 to outside of our Trust. 8 to secondary, 2 to Primary. So proud. System leadership

Nine years ago, this month, I was appointed to PutteridgeHighSchool and Adrian was appointed Chiltern Learning Trust In such a beautiful morning it was good to spend a few minutes reflecting on the Schools transformational journey. Today we host the 15th Trust to visit this year. Happy holidays!
