Yesterday evening I spoke at Southwark’s Planning Committee about the 18 Blackfriars Road application.

I welcomed the 104 new social homes, green spaces & public amenities.

Pleased to have got Hines the developer to set up a public liaison group to help with the construction.

REVEALED: Southwark ranked among worst performing councils in England⬇️

Hopefully this shameful ranking forces Southwark Labour to do better for residents🥀

Fantastic reception in Bermondsey this evening, with lots of recognition of the hard work by local Southwark Lib Dems councillors.

Honoured to join family and friends of the late Folajimi Olubunmi-Adewole at the inaugural Folajimi Day.

On 24 April 2021 Folajimi died while trying to rescue a woman from drowning in the Thames.

Today we remember Folajimi and celebrate his courage.
