Self-monitoring works, and people who track intake daily lose the most weight.

Only one problem, it takes too much effort and isn't much fun. We're fixing that with Hava, cutting down on effort (Snap a picture to log) and adding more value and fun as quickly as possible.

A little bit of ketchup is fine, a little bit of cake is fine, a little bit of chocolate is fine, a little bit of white bread is fine, etc.

It seems to all add up and not be fine.

This is cool. Our Hava satiety scoring just got heavily criticised, based on an old study (comparing oatmeal to eggs).

Just one problem. When entering the ingredients used our scoring ends up predicting the results of the study perfectly. Ooops! 💪
