Cooked and cooled boiled potatoes 🥔 were in fact the highest Satiety Index food item in the famous Susan Holt study from 30 years ago. Unfortunately this study only measured satiety for a maximum of only TWO HOURS after eating, limiting the usefulness of the results. 🙁

I also know that the high and medium meals were matched for protein and fiber BUT NOT THE LOW GI MEAL. Guaranteeing the desired outcome.
