We welcome the European Court of Human Rights ECHR CEDH ruling in #KlimaSeniorinnen case v. #Switzerland affirming that States have human rights obligations to sufficiently mitigate #climate change. Ruling provides a basis for determined action & justice globally - Volker Türk

Today the Eur. Court of Human Rights ECHR CEDH held that the European Convention requires States to seek net neutrality within three decades with adequate interim measures to that end, and that Switzerland was failing to do so, violating the rights of senior women. Huge win!
