Dingle Rhubarb Crush 🍸

• 35ml Dingle Vodka
• 20ml Pineapple Syrup
• 10ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Campari
• 2 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
• 1 pinch of Salt

Shake all ingredients with ice & fine strain into a lowball glass with ice, garnish with a salted rim & orange 🍊

Raising a glass of one of Whisk(e)y Graham ‘s ‘going rogue’ drams to toast his & FAY COULL’s last day in Dingle. A double distilled peated cask strength ex-bourbon matured single malt that I am absolutely obsessed with already. It’s not ‘goodbye’, it’s ‘see ye later!’ Slainte! 🥃
