The BMJ on Cass today repeats this idea that there needs to be trials with control groups for using puberty blockers and hormone treatments with trans people. I've yet to see anyone explaining exactly how that would work.

Hutchinson is a member of Explore Consultation and Hannah Barnes who wrote it spoke at the SEGM conference.

The GIDS Audit she commissioned found less than 10 detransitioners in a discharged cohort of 3,306.

Cass herself only spoke to 2.

Other studies WPATH found concluding detransition is low were discarded.

Where exactly is the evidence of a increase incidence of detransitioners?

Instead she insisted on forcing through a breach of privacy rights which most clinics wouldn't comply with and even the one that did comply only found 10 detrans people. Out of ~3600 patients.

I certainly believe so. Maxwell routinely posts on her facebook from ex-LGBT christian groups that promote conversion therapy to people struggling to reconcile faith with their sexuality or gender identity.
