But more than that, I wanted to fulfill my promise to the voters of HD 122 today. While the outcome today was disappointing, I look forward to continuing to represent my district and working with my colleagues to have the best session possible. #texlege Thread/7

I wanted to have the debate amongst my peers, from both parties, today in an open forum. Afterwards, we could then vote with the respectful expectation that the result is the will of this body. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to have that process today. #texlege Thread/4
