Club News: Dickson to step down as Joint Manager after 5 1/2 years

A brilliant first half where we should have had the game wrapped up, playing some great football and not taking our chances. A more even second period as it ends with a point a piece.

Disappointing end to the Home campaign. A first half where we played some great stuff but conceded 2 goals against the run of play. 2nd period was a lot more even but the visitors defended superbly and executed the game plan to good effect, with few chances between the sides.

Tonight we welcome WTFC in our last Home fixture of the season.

Disappointing result after an encouraging opening 45. Although at times it felt like an end of season fixture, we were the better side first half with a controlled performance. We never really got going after the break as 2 quick fire goals from Harleston turned the game around.

Unfortunately during the first half there was a serious injury to Matthew Blackford. Matthew broke his leg in September and after being back for only a month, suffered a double break last night. We are all gutted and will do everything we can to support him with his recovery.

A great win under difficult circumstances last night. Can’t praise the players enough for coming back out and putting on a professional 2nd half performance to get the job done. Credit to Watton who are a decent side and put us under some real pressure first half.

Tonight we are in Norfolk Senior Cup Semi Final action, as we face Watton United FC at The FDC

A tight affair with few chances saw us come away empty handed. A relatively even first half which the Home side edged and went in 1-0 up. The 2nd period saw us take hold and were the better side for the majority, however couldn’t break down a solid Mulbarton back line.

Matchday….as we travel to Mulbarton FC (Men’s) for the 4th meeting between the sides this season

A really tired performance after 3 games in 5 days. Can’t fault the efforts of the boys, but we couldn’t find any real rhythm in what was a pretty scrappy affair. We did however have the chances to take all 3 points but it just wasn’t to be.

Matchday….we travel to face Heacham F.C for our 3rd away game in 5 days.

A game of few clear cut chances and a battle throughout. Second half we were under the cosh for large periods, but defended the box well to hang on for the 3 points.
