Proud to see this paper in print. Shout it from the rooftops - in real world data MOUD (methadone & buprenorphine) reduce overdose risk and non-MOUD addiction treatments (inpatient, detox) do not. MOUD should always be first line for people with severe OUD. Yale Program in Addiction Medicine
