NHS England is such a funny employer. Year in, year out it surveys the 1.4 million staff who say they experience #discrimination that is literally OFF THE CHART wrt race, age, gender, disability, religion, sexual orientation et al, & now NHS Practitioner Health can’t help harmed NHS staff

Self-doubt stops too many women from applying for jobs.

After clearing the bar for expert-level work, 92% of men applied—but only 50% of women did.

It shouldn't matter whether you feel qualified. That's for the employer to judge. If you're interested, put your hat in the ring.

Let’s b v clear. NHS Practitioner Health is an outstanding, effective assessmnt & treatmnt, confidential self referral service 4 all NHS staff. At a🕰️when we need it most, funding for sec care staff is being cut. A shortsighted decision. Occ Hlth/GP services, charities not a replacement

How can you possibly countenance slashing psychological support services for a deeply traumatised post-Covid NHS workforce?

It’s pure vindictiveness.

Very sad to hear this. Practitioner health provide a really valuable service which is so important to primary and secondary care staff who are still recovering from post pandemic pressures
