Though I agree about trouble shooting intraoperatively.
I am just worried about the Laser (as shown by Abhay Mahajan )or Bipolar energy ( as shown by Mohamed_omar ) weakening the wall of vessel producing psuedo aneurysm of vessel which may trouble as later.
May be

🔹Whole PCS was full of matrix material
🔹Matrix was lased and fragmented and removed with suction
🔹Stone fragmented with TFL
🔹On table Complete Clearance
