It was an honor to represent the midwest and Cleveland Metropolitan School District on a panel on the effective and equitable implementation of AI in K12 school systems at the ASU+GSV Summit AIR Show. It was an honor representing Cleveland Metropolitan School District on an education panel at the African American Philanthropy Summit hosted by the Cleveland Foundation. I was joined by Dr. Michele Scott Taylor from College Now, Dr. Renee Willis from Martha Holden Jennings Foundation, and Me'lani Labat Joseph.

A great day of school visits. I visited MC2STEM with leadership from City of Cleveland and our Juvenile Detention Center. Cleveland Metropolitan School District has models to meet our scholars' needs. The next phase of work ensures each student graduates with a high-quality college and career pathway!

Earlier this week, the newest Cleveland Metropolitan School District board member (Ms. Charlene Jones) was sworn into office by Mayor Justin M. Bibb! Ms. Jones, I'm looking forward to learning from and leading with you. Thank you for your commitment to our scholars and CMSD!
