With a new Whole Pie report, we can re-up one of our favorite graphics with 2022 survey data from Alliance for Safety and Justice.

If your county government claims a shiny new jail is needed to help people 'get services,' you're welcome to refer them to the mythbusting section of our 'Whole Pie' report. Jails have never offered anything remotely close to real healthcare. It's doubtful they would start now.
