The number of times I fail these ‘Are you a robot?’ tests when signing up for stuff online is quite concerning! It would explain a lot though....

I really think the High Performance directors of federations who turn down the hard won places of athletes who have qualified & been invited by IAAF to compete in the #WorldAthleticsChampionships need to watch this & understand what it takes to turn an athlete into a medallist..

We gave it a go 🤷‍♂️ Gutted to tweak my delt on Thursday. Nothing serious just 💩 timing. This sport really does test your patience....
