I welcome the coordinated sanctions announced by the US, UK, and Canada, including US targeted sanctions on MOGE. These steps are important, and we continue working for additional actions to end the junta’s atrocities as soon as possible.

We are deeply distressed by the horrific loss of life in Israel & Gaza and the dire humanitarian situation. IHL must be respected by all parties. I urge the immediate delivery of humanitarian relief, and the protection of all civilians including Myanmar & other foreign nationals.

Barbaric #Myanmar 's military launched artillery & aerial attacks on an IDP camp near Laiza, killing at least 30 including 13 children. We stands strongly together with the people of #Kachin , and urge UN and intl' community to take strong actions against junta for their crimes.
