Here are two arithmetic warm ups that I've used before SATs with Y6 in previous years. One is a good luck message and the other is a maths joke!

Played a revision game I saw on FB in class today. Put kids in groups of 4 or 5, gave them a section of test paper and then made one of them a traitor. Overall aim was to get the most correct answers, but the traitors aim was for their team to get the lowest. It was insanely fun.

The ‘House of Games’ resources are uploaded. Been slower with the ‘Answer Smash’ round as I wanted to get it right but it will be up this evening!
