Vancouver's proposed bylaw changes on temporary shelters without consulting the impacted unhoused community is concerning.

A rights-based approach requires meaningful engagement with those most impacted in order to develop effective & appropriate solutions.

Exactly! Edmontonians using wheelchairs(manual and battery), walkers & yes strollers are consistently having to choose not to go out in the winter. Things like fencing off sidewalks & be 'responsible' to shovel driveway entrances, parking lot entrances & alley entrances. #yegcc
