Meet Erica Beddingfield, the Teacher of the Year at Gardendale Early Learning Program. As a collaborative teacher, Ms. Beddingfield works with students of all needs. Her goal every day is to make students feel like they belong and help them find joy in learning.

Meet Norma Haro, the Teacher of the Year at Stafford Early Childhood Center. After working for 15 years in the non-profit sector, she became a teacher. She teaches Pre-K 3. Her classroom is often full of music and movement to show students learning is fun.

Meet Samantha Hernandez, the Teacher of the Year at Cardenas Early Childhood Center. She’s been a teacher for 10 years & currently teaches in the Head Start program. She credits her great support system at Cardenas for helping her become a better teacher.
