Almost as if Wealden District Council are unaware of the current hysteria, culture wars and conspiracy theories around 20 minute neighbourhoods (aka 15 min cities). In the draft #WealdenPlan !! Hailsham wants a 10 minute version.

Recent days the grid has been below 100gm CO2e/kWh day and night. Starting to make real progress !!

Please note that #Eastbourne & #Wealden are in the red areas of extreme water scarcity. But, yeah, let's keep on sticking thousands of new homes on greenfield sites & concreting over the best horticultural land in those areas. As Gove says, 'we've had enough of experts'...
