The perils of finding a place to watch the Grey Cup in Halifax...

I missed Beaujolais Nouveau Day this year. In past years I've been able to get a bottle a few days late at The Port by NSLC but they don't do Beaujolais Nouveau Day anymore! Wtf?! Disappointing 😞

Ended up at Ragazzi Restobar recently not knowing what to expect. I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff - but the food was way overpriced for what it was. We are talking $25+ for basic pasta, $18 for a pizza with pre-made crust. Those are higher end prices for Basic+ food.

Indian sweets are my guilty pleasure.

Went to Rinaldo's for my birthday last night. I requested a Chicago deep dish pizza (ahead of time) and they delivered!
