Stuck in a MASH episode: I can’t log into my Substack account without a QR code but I can’t get a QR code without logging in…….😫🤬

What is going on with Substack ??? I’ve been bounced out of my account and now their chat bot tells me I don’t exist and I’m not able To sign back in?!!

It took 4 hours 12 minutes and 16 seconds for Apple and Verizon Support to figure out why my new watch would not find the cellular service that Verizon created for me this morning: because the dinguses at Verizon Support never disconnected my old watch from my phone. Geniuses.

The moral is: if you upgrade to a new phone, watch Verizon very carefully. I was “mistakenly” charged for two watches, two separate lines, an additional line for my wife’s phone (apart from the one she already has), upgrade “fees” on everything, and $$$ of accessories we didn’t…

Five hours trying to unravel this with these geniuses. Every single rep I talked to gave me a different excuse and a different quote. I'd really hate to think they took a look at my gray-haired spouse and decided to turn into used car salesmen. AARP this is insanity

Wow. I’ve been a Verizon customer for years. I upgraded two phones yesterday on a promo and trade in. I was quoted the amount of my next bill and approved it. Then I got an email confirmation this morning and the quote is $212 higher.
WTF VerizonSupport ?

How is it possible that Danbury Hospital is already screwing with my wife’s insurance and she’s not having surgery until Friday? Nuvance Health can you answer this mystifying question? We’re both excellent fine print readers. You might not want to f*k this up again.
