The Arizona State Supreme Court just issued a horrific ruling reinstating an abortion ban from 1864 (before Arizona became a state). The law imposes criminal penalties like up to five years in prison on anyone who provides or aids in providing an abortion.

Today’s cruel decision by the Arizona Supreme Court to eliminate nearly all abortion access in the state will push care out of the hands of millions. The stakes of this election could not be higher; we MUST elect Democratic pro-choice women up and down the ballot this November!
