I know why. I want this image to be my forever reality and not a tortured animal cut up and served for dinner. It is that simple.

Time to change the way we do things, starting with the way we think of animals and the way we treat all sentient beings. This is not our ancestors world, it is ours and we can do so much better. We must do better.

We are much bigger but so small in our regard of sentient beings, even those of our own kind. We need to get it together, show respect, cherish nature in all its forms and stop abusing and eating animals.

I posted this a few days ago and mentioned a gender reveal as a girl because the most obvious balloon is pink. I see also a blue so basically any gender reveal using balloons is a not desirable way to celebrate. So many choices not harmful to our environment, animals, and kids.
