Council approves the sale of 80 Dieppe Ave

At a special meeting on Monday evening, Council approved the sale of 80 Dieppe for residential development to 1000602533 Ontario Inc. This development is slated for a minimum of 18 units and construction is slated to start in 2024.

The Boat Launch Docks at Dunlop, Dunlop Shores and Stanrock have been installed.
Other boat launch docks will be installed as conditions allow.
