Don’t do it at 7am tomorrow. It’s 4x (4’ at low rates / 1’ rest / 2’ at high rates). 2’ rest between sets. Keep well away. Stay in bed. Go to work. Anything.

Two morning ergos in the next two days: 4x5’ tomorrow at 7.15am with Judith PACKER, and then - just up - it’s a 7am start on Thursday if you want to join Vlada for 4x4’ with 1’ off, twice if you fancy it (with a 3’ break in between blocks)
