Tim Barron hosted a dreamcatcher workshop as part of FRC’s Mental Wellness Morning today. The Mental Wellness committee did an outstanding job (as usual) organizing the day! 👏🏻

Today Elder Winston joined Indigenous Circle! We ate bannock pizza from Feast, drummed and sang together as a group. Lots of laughs, smiles and joy.

Today was a great lunch hour ♥️

We’ve had artwork, Elder visits, food from Feast, drumming with Tim Barron, and language learning.

Looking forward to continuing to support Indigenous learning in this space (just waiting on furniture)!
