Responding to calls for action activists read a list of demands by incarcerated people inside the prison

We have heard other stories about the guards messing with Charles' head, telling him lies about outside supporters. If the lying of the pigs on the phones is any indication of the bar for PA-DOC employees and honesty.

The pigs made it feel like everyone on the outside abandoned him. He thought no one cared because he was isolated from all of us, and they were not telling him (who was in restrictive custody, the RHU/solitary/the hole) about any of the resistance.

Charles Carrington HS1233 does not know where any of his property from Rockview is, he is currently in the RHU at Fayette with no official write-up, his visits are blocked apparently, when he arrived to the prison a guard made a comment that he wanted to hang Charles.

He has been in the RHU/hole since before arriving to Fayette from Rockview. And there is a suspicion that these two prisons may be in cahoots. Listen.

Whatever is on Charles' write-up from SCI Rockview is not known, but we have reason to suspect that Fayette is either knowingly complicit or ignorant to why he was transferred, which was a punishment for exposing the noose-hanging guards.

Let SCI Fayette know that Charles (HS1233) was retaliated against by guards and staff at SCI Rockview, and he has no official misconduct. They need to understand this very simple point.

1) Call this one single number that is available for SCI Fayette.
2) Ask for the operator, ask to be put in touch with the superintendent assitant, the RHU counselor, or the RHU manager.
3) ask them why Charles (HS1233) is not out of the RHU and in general population?

Charles C is facing retaliation for filing grievances and exposing a group of guards who hung nooses in the facility at SCI Rockview.

Neither prison he has been at in the past few days has listed official misconduct yet he is still in hole.

Charles Gilyard ( #AY3679 ) was moved to SCI Houtzdale, on 3/28, an hour from Rockview. Some of his property went missing or has not been given back

We are doing a phone zap info for Charles Carrington in the morning. We have sent him books, and did a letter writing night.

Both Charles G and Charles C had mentioned after seeing the nooses that they feared for their lives, and Prison Society reports that if we didn't call in they may have well lost their lives in RHU/Administrative custody: what people who are not cops call solitary confinement.

Are people learning what is happening at SCI Rockview?

Charles Carrington has also been confirmed transferred. He is now at SCI Fayette, thrown in the hole and moved in retaliation for filing grievances, mailing out legal mail, and speaking to others about nooses hung in the facility.
