Great to catch up with my friend and former Philippine Mission to the UN colleague Enrique Enrique A. Manalo 🇵🇭. Doing a terrific job as Philippines Foreign Minister. And an important speech by Bongbong Marcos in Melbourne The Lowy Institute last night.

In her role as President of UN ECOSOC President, Ambassador Paula Narváez, together with the current Bureau, held a brief ceremony to install a photograph of the former 78th President of ECOSOC Lachezara Stoeva on the wall that honors the former Presidents of the Council.
