I am baffled by the COPFS line - it isn’t new - that the number of Horizon cases in Scotland is smaller than in England because of COPFS action. The more obvious reason is that it is smaller because Scotland is smaller than England.

Congratulations to our University of Glasgow colleague Dr Anna Chadwick and all recipients of the The Leverhulme Trust Prize in the area of Law.

Dr Chadwick was awarded the prize for her work on law and political economy, international law and human rights law.
