2. The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

The ER cannot be the overflow department. Physicians cannot hold all the responsibility and have none of the authority for our healthcare system.

Responsibility without authority is one of the fastest and truest paths to burnout and attrition.
