The unit voted UNANIMOUSLY - with 100% participation - to authorize a strike if management does not reach a fair new contract before their current agreement expires this Friday, April 19.

Graduate student workers at Fordham voted overwhelmingly to authorize a strike earlier this month.

The members of Fordham Graduate Student Workers-CWA aren't on strike yet, but they've been marching on practice picket lines at both the Rose Hill and Lincoln Center campuses.

In a despicable recent email to undergrads, Provost Dennis Jacobs attempts to try and pit our undergrads against us when they can see their tuition has been raised 10.4% in two years but our stipends have not gone up. WHERE IS THIS MONEY GOING?
