Washington's new EV incentive program is estimated to cut up to 24k metric tons of CO2 in Washington’s transportation sector, WA’s largest source of greenhouse gas emissions, according to Washington State Department of Commerce. The state has 181,458 registered electric or hybrid vehicles.
