P7B and P7A really enjoyed their trip to the Risk Factory! Lots of super learning about the risks we may encounter in our daily lives ⚠️⛔️

P7B had fun planting seeds this afternoon. They will look at how they germinate and grow over the next few weeks.

P7B enjoyed dissecting flowers today, taking photos at each step, to find the reproductive parts.

P4/5 had so much fun drawing round each others shadows last week! The sun kept disappearing behind the clouds which made it challenging but fun!

P6a tried out some Badmington in their PE lesson. Fox Covert Primary

P1 were building their programming skills this week with the help of Beebots! We had to plan our route and give clear concise instructions to get them where we wanted.

P6A have worked really hard on art work linked to Natural Disasters and used line, colour and shading to create 3D effect tornado vortex pictures!

P6A are busy caring for and measuring our potato plants as part of our #SuperSonicSpuds project.

P3 were learning more about accurately weighing objects and reading scales today ⚖️

P5 enjoyed finding their own special ‘not-a-stick’ today inspired by a book! We talked to our sticks and they told us what they’d like be and we made their dreams come true! 🪵

Some proud children in Primary 2 this week!

Primary 2 have been counting equal groups to make repeated addition and multiplication number sentences!

This week Primary 2 were mixing different shades of green so that they can apply this skill to their future Henri Rousseau painting.

Some FANTASTIC independent research in P5 as we researched the key features of rainforests! Miss G was very impressed with their focus, presentation, research skills, effort and feedback! 🌟

Primary 1 were playing a game of “Mirror Me” in PE today where they had to come up with dance moves for a partner to copy.

P4/5 had lots of fun playing piggy in the middle & tiggy in the middle today to help develop our teamwork & possession skills 👏
