In response to community input & victims’ specific needs, we’ve launched two efforts to inform our work going forward: 1) We formed an advisory committee that includes LGBTQIA+ leaders to ensure our response efforts serve the unique needs & experiences of LGBTQIA+ survivors.

Here’s a breakdown of the disbursements to date:
-$265,000 in direct cash disbursements to the 5 families of those killed and the 33 individuals injured during the shooting.
-$238,500 to cover or reimburse immediate expenses (rent, utilities, travel, monthly bills, & lost wages)
