Meet us Bhattacharyya Lab at #BPS2024 with posters from Gerard Walker and Rachel and my talk at the #FutureofBiophysics Burroughs Wellcome Fund symposium. We will highlight our work on determining #membraneprotein #organization and #structure directly from native #membranes .
Thank you Yale News for this article highlighting our recent publication! news.yale.edu/2023/12/20/usi…. Yale Pharmacology
Here is a tweetorial summarizing findings from our recent paper from Yale Pharmacology Yale School of Medicine in Nature Nano by Gerard Walker and Caroline Brown. Dream team shailesh kumar Gigi Ge Muzumdar Lab Kallol Gupta! Also see the N&Vs at nature.com/articles/s4156… by Yamuna Krishnan!
Happy to share our work now online Nature Nano rdcu.be/dr8mR dissecting the oligomeric organization of membrane proteins at nanoscale resolution using a conventional TIRF imaging setup! Result of a fun collaboration between Bhattacharyya Lab and Muzumdar Lab, Kallol Gupta.
Thank you, Yamuna Krishnan, for your excellent summary in the accompanying News and Views article (nature.com/articles/s4156…). Having your perspective on our first publication means the world to us!
First publication from our lab Yale Pharmacology Yale School of Medicine online Nature Nano rdcu.be/dr8mR. A new #singlemolecule #Microscopy technique, Native-nanoBleach, to determine #oligomeric organization of #membraneproteins from native membranes at #nanoscale (10 nm) spatial resolution
So excited to share this work and this database! Such a great collaboration with Snehasish Ghosh out of Kallol Gupta
