Big couple of days for the team at #AACR24 . Mathew Garnett will be presenting *today* on the development of an organoid biobank for dependency mapping. Ballroom 20CD at 13:25. Also, don't miss Gabriele Picco tomorrow presenting novel WRN helicase inhibitors.
Cool new tech for dual-guide CRISPR-Cas9 KO screens from talented Andrew Bassett and team Wellcome Sanger Institute. Single-step cloning, balanced sgRNA expression, low swaps, and all with validated spCas9 system. A great collaboration and a pleasure to work with such a talented group.
