While we are frustrated with studios laying us off for outsourcing, PLEASE also think about the foreign labor these studios are also taking advantage of. Outsourced workers are getting paid even worse than us and expected to do even more with no benefits/stability/mobility

I think for our families they have this idea of a struggling artist, so for some they see value in monetizing one's craft. If I were to give them the benefit of doubt, I think they just want to see you succeed.

however there's validity in creating just for the love of it.
