My blog shares new data that show Florida is disenrolling children from CHIP in apparent violation of federal continuous coverage protections.

Tmrw am = hearing in federal court on the case the state filed to bring down this protection nationwide.

‼️On the eve of a hearing in federal court in Tampa where Florida is challenging the 12 mos continuous coverage protection for kids in CHIP, the news breaks that Florida is disregarding the federal law already and has kicked 22k kids off of CHIP -- in addition to Medicaid losses.
