A Holyrood committee says a proposal to create buffer zones at abortion clinics is 'necessary'.

Central Scotland MSP Gillian Mackay MSP is trying to get the legislation approved by the Scottish Parliament.

Pro-life campaigners would be fined if they go within 200 metres of clinics.
