Cool to see this. I’d been following Fort Lewis College since late 2019 in The Edge and Steve was an invaluable resource thru it all

Eric Hoover Serious proposal: feds should do HEERF-type grants to institutions covering at least last year's Pell Grant amounts, let us do the awards based on our data....

Look, I'm glad the The Atlantic finally covered the FAFSA debacle. But the single mention of mixed status families is a real failure.

If you're reading this you probably know already that Eric Hoover is covering this issue at the The Chronicle of Higher Education better than anyone in the country

We appreciate Věra Jourová, vice president of the European Commission, for visiting the The Wall Street Journal Washington bureau today and writing a message to Evan Gershkovich as he approaches one year in Russian prison.

For $3,500, you can get your college's president on the cover of a magazine and have full control over what the story says. It's a pretty sweet deal for college press officers.

But for some journalism experts, these puff pieces do more harm than good. chroni.cl/3IReTAH

I was privileged to cover this story when the USC Shoah Foundation first moved to USC in 2006. The histories it’s preserving ( including that of my own family ) is priceless.
