A good start by Munguia but after the knockdown, it was pretty routine for Canelo. I went back and had a look at Canelo’s punch stats and that was the most punches he’s landed on an opponent since Angulo in 2014 and that doesn’t surprise me as Munguia has terrible defence. (1/2)

Alvarez is on the decline, but I would be borderline shocked if Munguia pulled it off. Munguia has had too close a call with lesser men and he's far too easy to hit for Alvarez to blow this.

It cracks me up that the head of the WBC said that The Ring threatens the credibility of the sport, all while he makes dumb niche titles like this, flip-flops on his Russian stance as soon as it's economically convenient, wanted to rank Paul, openly biases his countrymen, etc.
