I’ve also been for a look around the historic Grimsby Ice Factory on the docks with the man who wants to restore it and build a hotel next door so tune in to Phil White which you’ll be doing anyway tomorrow and here’s a handy link 👇👉 bbc.in/3relQ9h Great GIFT

I must book a room in the hotel in a few years time to explore what they restore of the heritage.
The Grimsby dock tower built in 1851 is already on my list to visit.

Great seeing this industrial heritage inspired new development around the to regenerate and revitalise the area into a new neighbourhood, keeping existing warehouses and adding in modern buildings around them.
