We kicked off #NationalPublicSafetyTelecommunicatorsWeek by attending a Chattanooga Lookouts game. Our Floor Supervisor Morgan Jetton got to throw out the first pitch and nailed it!

The U.S. Department of Defense has announced that it will be conducting military training throughout Hamilton County for next week beginning April 15th.

Hamilton County 9-1-1 demoed how they use a special program that allows dispatchers to see what emergency is happening during a 9-1-1 call. We have more coming up on Local 3 News.

In addition to the anticipated showers and thunderstorms, strong gusty winds are expected across the region Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.

We will have rounds of showers and thunderstorms at times today through Thursday night. Most areas are expected to see rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, but locally higher amounts will be possible.
