Today we held a 5+ hour hearing on Madison Square Garden’s application for a new special permit to operate above Penn Station, with its current permit set to expire.

Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Beverly Moss Spatt, the first woman chair of the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission and a great friend to preservation + this organization.
