The personal impact, is that my health has deteriorated, i have dizzy spells and lose my balance. I suffer from depression and i have anxiety brought on by the worry that i will lose my home due to the bullying from HMRC

It was incredibly stressful...I wrote on the settlement paperwork that I was reserving my rights should there be a change in the legal position in the future and it was rejected...I feel like I have had my rights removed and been gagged.

Mentally the impact has been huge. Depression, anxiety and several suicidal ideations. The feeling of shame I have, mainly due to the way the HMRC word their letters. Every brown letter that comes uually results in a period of depression for about 3 or 4 weeks

Such a pity that Rishi Sunak did not also take John Caudwell's advice about excluding 3.8 million UK Taxpayers from Covid-19 financial support.
