Fantastic opportunity to be back in Bengaluru for the G20 Brasil Space Economy Leaders Meeting.

Looking forward to an action packed couple of days, looking at how we can strengthen our G20 ties in space. Excellent hospitality from our Indian hosts ISRO

The projects being supported through this program show the many ways that space improves our lives, and can make our industries stronger and more dynamic.

We often refer to space as the gateway to STEM and this program is the perfect example.

Looking forward to the remainder of the state and territory showcases, before the national final at our Discovery Centre in October.

The Transporter-8 mission launch is a testament to the growth and maturity of Australia’s space sector.

This will continue advancing Australia’s flight heritage to demonstrate the ingenuity and know-how we can offer the global space industry.

Congratulations Fleet Space Technologies

This a great example of how Australian Space Agency continuing Moon to Mars program is helping set Australian space companies on a path to financial sustainability and revenue streams outside of Government.

This is a vital milestone that will further grow Australia’s space sector. We have worked hard on a TSA that protects US technology while supporting the commercial ambitions of Australia’s developing launch sector.

It’s great to connect after last week’s Budget, to talk about how far our industry has come and how we navigate the path ahead.

As I said in my speech, we have a long way to go but we’ve gone from standing on stage taking about “what ifs” and “we could” to “we are”.

Fantastic to be back at the The Andy Thomas Space Foundation Foundation’s 15th Australian Space Forum. I took this opportunity to highlight the significance of 🇦🇺’s international space partnerships. It was made more special welcoming visitors from JAXA(Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) including President Hiroshi Yamakawa.

Fantastic to meet with our Australian colleagues yesterday, including Enrico Palermo, Enrico Palermo. Australian Space Agency has done fantastic road mapping work to see where they could contribute to the Moon to Mars architecture that strategically serves them best as a country.

We discussed the success of the #ESAJuice launch, including 🇦🇺's role in tracking the mission, and the ongoing construction of the new antenna at European Space Agency's New Norcia station in Western Australia.
